Q: How much will my custom board cost?
A: It all depends on what you desire, please make contact with us to discuss further, thank you.
Q: Are Fins included in the final price?
A: yes we include fins with all our stock and custom surfboards, then you know you will be getting the right fin suited for your Surfboard.
Q: How long will it take for my custom Surfboard to be completed?
A: Usually it takes 4-6 weeks for completion but this all depends on what you order. Specialty blanks such as special glue ups and stringers can make the process a little longer.
Q: Do you guys freight boards national and international?
A: Yes we do, We Freight Australia wide with commercial couriers. When we Freight commercial we pack all our boards in bubble wrap with a choice of an optional boardbag, topped off with industrial commercial cardboard boxes.
We also use Surf Freight, which comes at a cheaper expense for you and garenteed no damage. This option is only available every 6 weeks due to our location. Please email us for more details on national Freight and costs.
International Freight we pack your board commercially, with a boardbag and double bubble wrap,topped off with industrial boxes. We then only ship to your nearest international terminal where you will have to clear customs and pay at your expense. Please email us for international Frieght costs and questions,thank you.
Our team at South Coast Surfboards pride ourselves on providing you with good customer service and quality products. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an alternative being either a back order or a full refund. Thank you for your support.
Q: How is my item shipped?
A: All shipments are done using Australian post domestic & international, either registered or track/pack.
International shipping cost are calculated on weight size & destination point, which will be added to the total before checkout.
All purchases are dispatched within 2 business working days and estimated shipping times are between 3-15 business days depending on location and country. Thank you for your purchase and on going support.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: The crew at South coast Surfboards strive to give you customer satisfaction, through we do not give you refunds if you simply change your mind on your purchase. So please choose carefully.
There is no refund of the original postage and return postage will be at your expense.
Refunds items must be unwashed, unused, unworn, with tags in its original condition.
The item must be returned within 7 days after receiving the order and upon presentation of the original invoice via email.
Please choose between a refund, exchange, credit when item is different to the product purchased online or the item is faulty.
*For all returns please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email please state the item you are to return/exchange and the reason why along with the original purchase invoice.
